Not Goodbye: Why Magnetic Eyes is Still Here (And What’s Next for Serena Hair)

I’ll be honest — I almost closed Magnetic Eyes.

Not because it failed. Not because I stopped believing in it. But because I’ve been pouring my heart into creating Serene Haircare — the soulful hair ritual brand that’s been calling me for years. 🌿

As a stylist with over 20 years of experience, I’ve seen how much women crave simplicity and calm in their beauty routines. Serene Haircare is my answer to that: clean, Australian-made products crafted in small batches with thoughtful ingredients. It’s the brand I’ve been dreaming of.

And yet… every time I thought about letting Magnetic Eyes go, something tugged at me.

Because the truth is, we still want lashes.

  • At Christmas and birthdays, when you’re celebrating with loved ones.

  • At weddings, gigs, and nights out, when you just want to feel a little extra. 🖤

Where It All Began

Magnetic Eyes started as a spark. A solution to a simple problem: lashes that stay put without glue, feel awesome, and actually look amazing (giving you that wow factor that only lashes can give).

From the very beginning, it was about more than lashes. It was about confidence, playfulness, and self-expression. AND building a community of women who wanted beauty to feel easier and more fun.

Real talk

Over the past year, I’ve grown. I’ve learned that beauty isn’t just one box. It’s layers. Rituals. Play. Practical and magical.

And I realised it doesn’t have to be either/or.

So here’s the decision → Magnetic Eyes is not closing. Instead, it now lives on as part of Serena Hair, with its own little corner on the website. (and Hair Studio!)

That means you can still shop your favourite vegan, reusable lashes for special occasions, while also discovering the Serene Haircare range that supports your everyday rituals.
